The Little Book of Good Flavors – Recipes from the Heart of the Project
The publication “The Little Book of Good Flavors” is the result of a unique culinary journey carried out as part of the project “Sustainable Development – Healthy Cuisine – Healthy Society”, implemented by the Association of Women from the Village of Mszanka in cooperation with the “Leave the House” Foundation and Drustvo Za Trajnostni razvoj in osebnostno rast Institut Treelogy.
The project was funded by the European Union.
During the workshops, participants explored the secrets of healthy cooking based on local, natural ingredients. The outcome of these meetings is a collection of recipes that blend tradition with a modern approach to nutrition. Each dish was tested in practice – in kitchens where flavor, simplicity, and the joy of creation mattered most.
